The One Question That Helped Me See My Loneliness Differently

The question was: “What am I craving that I’m pretending I don’t need?” For me, the answer was touch. For someone else, it might be conversation, laughter, or being truly seen. Loneliness isn’t always about the absence of people. Sometimes, it’s about the absence of needs being acknowledged. Asking that one question softened my loneliness — because I stopped blaming myself for feeling it.
